Job Title: Outreach Development Tutor

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Development Tutor to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As an Outreach Development Tutor, you will be working with students who have complex social needs and require additional support.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of resilience and experience working with students who have come from troubled or difficult backgrounds. You will be working with a group of female students with SEND needs who also present with complex social needs.

About the School

The school is based in the Croydon area of Southwest London and follows a specialist model of therapy to aid in the development of the students. As an Outreach Development Tutor, you will be working in a supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with students who have complex social needs and require additional support
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support network for students
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
