Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our people strategy, aligned with our business objectives
- Lead the development of our organisational culture, ensuring it is inclusive, diverse, and aligned with our values
- Manage and develop our HR, recruitment, and L&D teams, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to support our business
- Work closely with our CEO and leadership team to ensure our people strategy is aligned with our business objectives
- Develop and implement succession planning, ensuring we have a pipeline of talent to support our future growth
