We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Organisational Development. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our organisation, its culture, and its people.

With a strong background in OD&D or L&D, you will have a proven track record of enabling behaviour and culture change. Your experience in entrepreneurial, fast-growth businesses will be invaluable in helping us navigate our rapid expansion.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our people strategy, working closely with our CEO and other members of the leadership team. Your international experience will be essential in helping us to develop our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our people strategy, aligned with our business objectives
  • Lead the development of our organisational culture, ensuring it is inclusive, diverse, and aligned with our values
  • Manage and develop our HR, recruitment, and L&D teams, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to support our business
  • Work closely with our CEO and leadership team to ensure our people strategy is aligned with our business objectives
  • Develop and implement succession planning, ensuring we have a pipeline of talent to support our future growth
