Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Corecruitment International. This role is pivotal in supporting the financial operations of a diverse portfolio of beauty and wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the CFO in optimizing and executing financial management processes across the organization.
  • Oversee financial administration in collaboration with external accounting teams, focusing on creditor and debtor management, inventory, and invoicing.
  • Lead the month-end closing process and aid in the preparation of comprehensive management accounts.
  • Coordinate with various departments for month-end reporting and P&L analysis, introducing a Business Partnering approach.
  • Generate monthly performance reports for the Board and Shareholders.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget and mid-year forecasts, ensuring accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor daily and weekly cash flow reporting, including forecasts and payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Sales leaders to enhance decision-making processes that influence financial outcomes.
  • Conduct financial assessments for new initiatives, including product launches and market entry strategies.
  • Support the CFO in identifying cost-saving opportunities within SG&A.
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations and collaborate with third-party advisors for accurate reporting.
  • Oversee the production of annual financial statements by external accountants, ensuring timely filing to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the group’s monthly consolidation process to provide timely management accounts to stakeholders.
  • Work with the CFO and Fund Administrator to ensure compliance across our Ventures portfolio.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Qualified or finalist chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Comprehensive understanding of finance systems and processes.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness sector is advantageous.
