About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Liberty Global Shared Services Limited. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading our financial teams and working closely with our stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Control: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and other statutory requirements.
- Group Financial Planning and Analysis: You will work closely with our stakeholders to develop and deliver financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Commercial Finance: You will be responsible for managing our commercial finance teams and working closely with our business partners to deliver financial solutions.
- External Auditors: You will work closely with our external auditors to ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accounting Operations: You will be responsible for managing our accounting operations teams and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar role.
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA; ACCA; CIMA etc.) with considerable PQE.
- Fluency in additional European languages, including French, German or Dutch.
- Team leadership experience, including managing Finance Managers and/or qualified accountants.
- Experience working within large complex corporate structures, managing key stakeholder relationships and delivering to deadlines.
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills (e.g. Oracle, Hyperion/HFM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
