Your Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic Consumer & Local Commercial team. As part of a rapidly expanding group, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, from small business owners to senior executives of large corporations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Reviewing client documentation meticulously to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness for the quoting process.
- Supporting Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention rates while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Processing data efficiently to enhance client service and internal operations.
