Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with a multitude of schools in the Lancashire area, specifically in Preston, Leyland, and Chorley. Our clients are in need of qualified teaching assistants (Level 2 or 3) for various roles in differing age ranges (EYFS-Y6) and differing roles (general class TA, 1:1 TA, SEN TA, Intervention group TA).
Key Responsibilities:- Work alongside class teachers and other support staff to provide a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Assist in making the work accessible for all learners and provide constructive feedback regarding pupil progression.
- Use a variety of different resources according to the teachers' plans and be flexible to switch roles within the classroom.
- Build relationships quickly with pupils and set clear boundaries.
- Follow and implement the school's policies and procedures.
- Level 2 or 3 qualified teaching assistant.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently if necessary.
- Passion for working with young people and the desire to provide them with the best education experience possible.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.82 - £14.12.
- Full and part-time work available.
- Immediate start.
