We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care. As a key member of our Amazon & Pure Player team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across pan-EU Amazon & Pure Player business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement growth strategies for existing accounts and new business opportunities
- Execute initiatives to maximize sales and profitability across all brands in key European markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Local Commercial, Local Supply Chain, Content & Media, and Brand Teams
- Manage and drive media agencies and distributors externally
- Significant experience with Amazon & Pure Player eCommerce for European markets (UK, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy)
- Amazon marketplace expertise in dynamics, algorithms, best practices, AMS, analytics tools
- Direct and hands-on sales experience in eCommerce within consumer-packaged goods (CPG), ideally in Personal Care, Cosmetics or Beauty
- Demonstrated success in driving significant sales and revenue growth– managing P&L of a portfolio of branded products
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail media management
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven teamworking skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
