Supplier Quality Engineer
Become an integral part of Hydro International's Operations division, focusing on telemetry product quality assurance. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production of electronic equipment
- Develop and maintain production work instructions
- Oversee supplier partnerships
- Perform supplier audits in accordance with ISO9001 standards
- Address non-conformances related to Hydro Electronics Products
- Evaluate supplier rework and failure rate statistics
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in Hydro technical drawings
Compliance Duties:
- Assist in maintaining compliance controls
- Examine marketing materials for adherence to regulatory standards
- Fulfill ATEX / EX Authorised Person responsibilities
- Adhere to BS EN guidelines for 'Responsible persons'
Required Skills:
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Familiarity with electronic assembly procedures
- Proficient in computer applications
- Understanding of ISO9001 standards
- Capable of working methodically under pressure
Software Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with warranty dashboards
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NAV or SAP
