We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets for our developments across the South East region.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contact customers who have shown interest in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase of an apartment and the lifestyle.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
- Work closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development.
- Show customers apartments and provide a comprehensive understanding of the site, which will be their next home.
- Liaise with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and progress sales through to completion.
- Previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and have a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
- Professional and responsible selling at all times, with excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience of using IT databases.
- A valid UK Driver's Licence, in the event of visiting customers away from the site.
