We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podcast Producer to join our team at Flight Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality podcast episodes from planning and recording to editing and publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end production of podcast episodes, ensuring high-quality video and audio output.
  • Collaborate with the editing team on post-production editing, including episodes, trailers, clips, and social assets.
  • Lead the analysis of podcast performance data across all platforms to understand audience behavior and algorithm impact.
  • Work directly with hosts, guests, and other cross-functional teams to create compelling podcast content strategies.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of recordings and post-production efforts to ensure a smooth production process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to continuously seek innovative ways to present and distribute podcast content.

Requirements:

  • Experience in video or social first production and editing, with an exceptional portfolio in successful content creation.
  • Proficiency in using technical tools and technologies required for the role, with a willingness to continuously learn new techniques.
  • Ability to work with high-profile talent, aligning creative vision with company goals and data-driven execution.
  • Resilient, motivated, and empathetic team skills, with proven experience in working in fast-paced, high-standard production environments.
