Tax Advisory Manager

At Pure, we are seeking a highly skilled Tax Assistant Manager to join our team. As a trusted adviser, you will play a critical role in shaping our international indirect taxation strategy, focusing on strategic advisory, project management, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Tax Inquiries: Address complex tax inquiries across various business lines, reviewing agreements, assessing new product launches, and market entries.
- Tax Reporting Enhancements: Lead improvements in tax reporting procedures by optimizing system functionality, ensuring data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and utilizing shared resources.
- Project Oversight: Oversee tax aspects in finance and IT projects, such as system upgrades and tax software evaluations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with FP&A teams to ensure effective communication of changes in business operations and legislation regarding tax impacts.
- Financial Closing: Participate in monthly financial closing activities, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciling key accounts.
- Global Tax Changes: Stay informed on indirect tax changes globally and assess their potential business impacts.
- International Tax Strategies: Assist the tax department in executing international tax strategies and driving expansion in global markets.
- VAT Registration: Conduct monthly reviews of VAT registration obligations for digital services and manage any related provisions.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Handle various ad hoc projects as needed.
