Are you a skilled Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker seeking a better work-life balance? BDM Recruitment is on the lookout for talented individuals to join our client's successful remortgage team.

What You'll Do:
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with a dedicated telephone team that generates 5-7 pre-qualified remortgage appointments for you each week.
  • Referrals: Use your mortgage and customer services experience and obtain additional referral appointments.
  • Strong Conversion: With 3-4 signed mortgage applications weekly, your potential is maximised.
  • Client Consultations: Offer expert advice through phone, video calls, or face-to-face meetings, ensuring clients receive tailored remortgage solutions.
  • Comprehensive Solutions: Provide clients with the best mortgage deals and recommend relevant protection products to suit their needs.

Required Skills:

  • Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with proven success.
  • CeMAP Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Solid understanding of mortgage products and protection services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage your diary and thrive in a home-based environment.

You must live within an hour's drive of Manchester.
