Job Title: Chef de Partie

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Holroyd Howe, one of the UK's leading contract caterers. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients in independent schools and colleges.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, using fresh and innovative ingredients
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
* Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences
* Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment
* Excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills
* Passion for food and service, with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals
* Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a focus on maintaining a safe kitchen environment
* Ability to work within set budgets, managing kitchen inventory and supplies effectively
