We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd.
As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing all stock activity, including kitting and receiving materials to/from production, scrappage, picking, packing, order placement, and goods in. You will also coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure seamless inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
* Coordinate with production and suppliers to receive and dispatch materials
* Implement and maintain inventory control systems
* Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
* 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day per annum for each year worked up to 25 days
* Annual bonus scheme and profit share scheme
