**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced stock or stores co-ordinator to join our small and friendly team based in a specialist firm in Ophthalmic and Aesthetic laser technology.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in stock management, accurate, and proactive, ensuring the job is managed and stock is maintained.

The role will suit someone looking for a stock handling role within a small and friendly team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the field service engineering team in picking, supplying, and replenishing parts, tools, and equipment within operations.
  • Meticulous stock management to ensure all parts are allocated and accounted for, and to ensure that the business has the required inventory to support its growing operations.
  • Receiving all deliveries of spare parts and new equipment.
  • Raising shipment of parts for engineers or manufacturer parts returns.
  • Handling stock movements on our in-house stock management system to ensure records are accurate at all times.
  • Placing replenishment stock orders for any used parts to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensuring all stock is clearly labelled and allocated in the right stores location.
  • Managing RMA (return) records and liaising with our manufacturer counterparts on any queries.
  • Maintaining demo equipment inventory to ensure equipment is accounted for and complete.
  • Preparing and pre-packing new and demo systems ready for transport to customers.
  • Routine stock checks.
  • Daily picking and packing of sales orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous stock management experience.
  • Commercial invoicing experience.
  • A strong communicator.
  • Must have your own transport due to office location.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, basic knowledge of Excel).

Working Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Benefits: 20 days holidays + bank holidays

£25,000 per annum
