Position Title: Senior Java Microservices Architect

Location: Remote

Compensation: $55/hr. on C2C

Client: BlueFish Technologies

Essential Qualifications:

  • 12 years of expertise in Java microservices development
  • Experience in Agile methodologies for software engineering
  • Proficient in hands-on coding and conducting code reviews
  • Strong knowledge of Java frameworks including Springboot, Play, and Akka
  • Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra and Couchbase
  • Understanding of Cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins and Docker
  • Ability to lead a team of developers and manage technical dependencies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
