The Role:

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our service offerings across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the emerging market segment of smart buildings, renewable energy solutions, green infrastructure, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our service offerings
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the emerging market segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in new business sales with a proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and new deal closure
  • Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to manage, develop, and retain customer accounts
  • Successful track record in selling technology solutions and digital services, such as AI, IoT, Big Data, and Cloud Computing
  • Experience in construction and engineering, public transportation, and energy providers
  • Sales experience within the UK and Europe

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £135,000 - £140,000 basic + 30% bonus
