We're shaking things up at Revolution Bars Group plc and seeking a dynamic Senior HR People Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you'll play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture and driving business success.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our People & Culture strategy, aligning with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver employee engagement initiatives, driving a culture of inclusivity and wellbeing.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to inform our People & Culture strategy.
  • Work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing employee experience.
