Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop sustainable improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to quantify business value and ROI of proposed solutions.
