Grants Officer Job Description
**Essential Employment** is seeking a skilled Grants Officer to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. As a Grants Officer, you will be responsible for working remotely and managing financial assessments, systems, and processes to support our busy office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct financial assessments and reviews of Sefton's Disabled Facilities Grant/loan conditions
* Develop and maintain systems, processes, and procedures necessary to support a busy office environment
* Collaborate with private sector housing programmes and disabled adaptations teams
* Initiate payments to contractors and other relevant bodies via Agresso
**Requirements:**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Agresso and other relevant software
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive pay rate of £23 per hour (paye) or £55 per hour
