Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Rugby, UK. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical advice and support to our customers, developing customized solutions, and ensuring seamless communication with our factory and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice and support to our C&I team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Customized Solutions: Take a lead role in developing and implementing customized solutions for key customers, working closely with our factory and sales teams.
  • Communication: Liaise with factory and sales teams to provide customers with product information, design specifications, and delivery updates.
  • Professional Response: Deliver a professional and technical response to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide cross-functional support for pre-sales activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Office package, high technical knowledge of the product, good knowledge of Project Management principles, and strong communication and relational skills.
  • Experience: Availability to travel, hourly flexibility, and precision and attention to detail.
