About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Pettigrew Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical customer service support to customers in the East Lothian area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend site appointments to identify and review defects, ensuring 1st class customer service at all times.
  • Manage customer correspondence and defects in a cost-effective, professional, and timely manner, adhering to company procedures.
  • Identify and resolve customer escalations, as well as support the resolution of formal complaints in accordance with company procedure.
  • Work cohesively with other departments to ensure optimal communication and achievement of company KPIs.
  • Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout the team.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role who can commit to this position and start work immediately. This will be a rolling contract with the potential to go permanent for the right person. You must have a technical understanding of the housebuilding construction process and be confident in managing customer expectations to exceed them and work towards KPI delivery benchmarks.
