We are excited to enhance our Food and Beverage Division by welcoming a new Part-Time team associate. This division encompasses our bar, dining facilities (serving breakfast and dinner), in-room dining, as well as meetings and events services.
Role Overview:- Deliver exceptional, friendly, and attentive service at all times.
- Support the manager across various aspects of the Food and Beverage Division.
- Guide guests through menu selections with knowledgeable insights.
- Comply with departmental policies, procedures, and service expectations.
- Familiarity with beverage offerings and promotional activities.
- Comprehensive understanding of all menu items, including garnishes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations when managing food and beverages.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
- Work Schedule:
- Shifts: 4 to 8 hours
- Shift Timing: Day
- Availability on weekends is necessary.
Experience:
- Prior experience in similar positions is preferred.
- Personable and approachable with outstanding customer service abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Strong collaborator with a positive demeanor.
