Care and Support Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care and Support Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Acer Clinic.
Job Responsibilities- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that patient filing and documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Guide and train the Support Worker team in policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Support: Support clients who need assistance with independent living skills and personal hygiene, encouraging independence and promoting a positive quality of life.
- Induction and Refreshers: Induct new employees on policies and procedures and refresh other Support Workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Care Planning: Read care planning needs for clients and complete written daily records as instructed, ensuring that care is tailored to individual needs.
- Quality Targets: Assist in ensuring quality targets are met in accordance with agreed standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Enhanced Care: Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care, promoting a positive quality of life and independence.
- Medical and Welfare Needs: Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support and care.
- Flexible Working: Flexible working with the opportunity for overtime, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
