Job Summary:
Fitch Ratings is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Client Operations team. As the Head of Client Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the core operational teams that support delivery, including the Project Management Office (PMO), Programme Management Team, Planning, and Candidate and Client Support Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the PMO, UK Programme Management Team, Planning, and Candidate and Client Support Teams, setting the culture and tone for each team.
- Develop and drive strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the candidate and client journey.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, acting as executive sponsor on key projects.
- Ensure alignment of operational activities and resources with the company's goals and objectives.
- Implement, monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project and program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience in managing operations in a client context, with a proven track record of managing and developing multiple teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, persuade, and steer clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to design, implement, and socialize change programs while ensuring strong business-as-usual performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma.
- Experience in the financial services or corporate education sector.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and technology-driven process improvements.
