Senior Civil Engineering Associate

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Associate to oversee a talented and proactive team. This position offers the flexibility of agile and hybrid working arrangements. About Our Design Division: RPS Design Division executes projects across various specialized sectors, including residential developments, logistics, retail, aviation, healthcare, education, advanced manufacturing, data centers, energy, and more. We aim to find the ideal balance between aesthetics and functionality while addressing competing priorities such as sustainability, materiality, cost, and constructability. Digitalization is central to our delivery model, enabling our clients and their stakeholders to engage with our designs from the initial concept stage. By leveraging decades of expertise across multiple industries and disciplines, we help clients align design objectives through innovative engineering, architecture, and development services. Key Responsibilities: Manage project team resources, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery Provide exceptional Civil Engineering solutions and designs for commercial and logistics development projects that meet or exceed client expectations Offer expert guidance and support to the team, drawing on extensive engineering knowledge Cultivate client relationships to generate new business opportunities and expand RPS's presence Conduct site visits and participate in site meetings Attend external design meetings with clients and other design team members Collaborate closely with internal support functions, including HR, Finance, and Marketing/Bid Undertake additional responsibilities as needed Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will likely be a chartered engineer with strong leadership capabilities and extensive technical expertise in civil engineering. Previous experience in commercial, logistics, and residential sectors is preferred, along with proficiency in Civils 3D and AutoCAD.
