We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Theatre Cleaner at the esteemed ATG Grand Opera House in York. As a Theatre Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our theatres.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general cleaning tasks throughout the theatre, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks throughout the theatre
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately
  • Clean and maintain theatre seating areas
  • Clean and maintain lobby areas
  • Maintain cleanliness backstage
  • Respond to urgent cleaning requests and accidents
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team

Requirements:
