Job Title: Information & Advice Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Information & Advice Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality information and advice to older adults, supporting them to make informed decisions about their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and advice to older adults on a range of topics, including benefits, housing, and health.
  • Support older adults to access local services and resources.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless service for older adults.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local services and resources.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with older adults and/or in an advice-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local services and resources.
  • Ability to develop and maintain knowledge of new services and initiatives.
