We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Pastoral Support Assistant. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Downs Syndrome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Work closely with the Educational Psychologist and Speech and Language Therapist to develop and implement support plans
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining student records and communicating with parents
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Psychology Graduate degree
