About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join Kamro Ltd, a leading construction company renowned for its excellence and innovation in the industry. In this role, you will oversee and manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee construction contracts from start to finish
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular and frequent updates on project progress to the directors and the project team
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction
  • Must have experience with roofing and cladding
