Job Title: Digital Graphic Designer

Flipper Technologies Ltd is a leading company in the consumer electronics and software solutions industry, dedicated to delivering innovative products and services to engineers and hobbyists. We are expanding our operations in the UK and seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join our London office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Digital Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and effective designs for our digital products, including advertisements, logos, brochures, websites, mobile applications, and packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition, as well as proficiency in using design software and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, graphics, brochures, advertisements, and in-house marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to understand their design needs and ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate them into designs.
  • Develop concepts, mood boards, and sketches for all projects.
  • Create digital posts, banners, and icons for use across our social platforms.
  • Revise published work to promote brand consistency and overall clarity.
  • Collaborate with influencers to prepare social media content for campaigns.
  • Analyze design problems, think critically, and find creative solutions that meet the project's requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a graphic designer or illustrator.
  • Proven experience in graphic design for digital tech products.
  • Proficiency in drawing splash animations.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern design tools, including video and image processing programs like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro, Figma, Jira, Confluence, Procreate.
  • Ability to develop unique, eye-catching designs that communicate messages effectively and align with brand identity.
  • Strong ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
  • Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Technologies and Design, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other related disciplines is preferred.
