Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and creative professional with a passion for graphic design.

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Crew Clothing Company, you will be working closely with the Lead Designer to develop engaging and commercially successful graphic design solutions across digital and print media.

  • Develop innovative designs for print collateral, including catalogues, in-store POS, direct mail, and other designs.
  • Create assets for email, web, social media, YouTube, display, and affiliate channels that are on-brand and commercial.
  • Work with the wider creative team to translate marketing collateral into digital assets for online use.
  • Ensure all digital assets are aligned with wider brand communications and have a keen attention to detail.
  • Work cross-functionally to assist design for seasonal creative campaigns that fit the brand position and creative strategy.
  • Be involved in seasonal concepts and idea creation, innovating to ensure the Crew Clothing brand experience continues to evolve.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably at a retail company or a creative degree.
  • Knowledge of digital and print design.
  • Able to demonstrate relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to prioritize work schedule and work to tight deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Sound numerical and IT skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • A keen team player.
  • A can-do attitude and positive approach that fits well with company culture.
