Job Title: Payroll Bureau Senior

Location: Hybrid: 1 day office

Salary: £75,000 + bonus and company car

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Payroll Bureau Senior to lead our payroll function and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Continuously reviewing and improving our payroll and reward services to ensure they are market-leading.
  • Overseeing key projects in collaboration with our Senior Leadership team.
  • Providing project management and implementation expertise to drive business success.
  • Leading high-volume payroll operations and ensuring seamless execution.
