About the Role:

This position involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for apprentices in the Early Years Education sector. You'll work closely with employers and learners to ensure they achieve their goals and develop the skills needed to succeed.

  • Develop and implement tailored training plans to meet the needs of apprentices.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions, including functional skills, to meet awarding body standards.
  • Support English and Maths training, ensuring successful completion in collaboration with FS specialists.
  • Conduct remote webinars for apprentices and record Additional Learning Support (ALS) data.
  • Supply data on programs and learners, contributing to self-assessment monitoring.

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who shares our passion for education and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Education sector and be able to develop strong relationships with employers and learners.

  • Hold a qualification or have experience in the subject area.
  • Have up-to-date industry knowledge.
  • Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.
  • Have experience of working with employers in a training or customer relations role.
  • Able to develop strong professional relationships with employers and learners.
  • Have strong IT skills and be willing to work with e-portfolio's.
  • Can motivate learners and ensure they complete on time.
  • Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle and be willing to travel to customer sites.
  • Have high levels of motivation and the ability to use own initiative.
