Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Years Education Specialist to join our dynamic team at Teach Now. As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, supporting the developmental needs of young learners, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a vibrant and inclusive school community.

Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS) and relevant experience in EYFS settings.
  • Experience with SEN is advantageous but not essential.
  • Personal Attributes: Passion for early years education, creativity, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers.
