Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Chef to manage our kitchen team and prepare, cook, and serve our legendary Premier Inn breakfasts and classic dishes. As a Hotel Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high-quality food production and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
