Job Title: Drivers Mate

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Drivers Mate. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for assisting our drivers with daily deliveries and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist drivers with making scheduled deliveries each day
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates
  • Help carry goods into customers' homes, requiring heavy lifting
  • Provide navigation support to drivers as needed
Working Hours:

As a Drivers Mate, you can expect to start your day between 5:30am and 8am, pending on the deliveries. You may be required to work up to 5 or 6 days per week, including weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour
  • Guaranteed 8 or 10 hours paid per day
  • Overtime paid thereafter
  • Weekly payments
  • Company pension
  • 28 Days holiday per year
