We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our legal team at Elmbridge Borough Council. As a Legal Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice, drafting documents and notices, and conducting litigation on a diverse range of matters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and guidance to council officers and members on a wide range of planning, environmental, debt recovery, and regulatory matters.
- Draft and review documents, notices, and agreements, including section 106 agreements, enforcement notices, and lawful development certificates.
