Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

At Pin Point Health & Social Care, we are seeking an experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients and promoting independent living for themselves and their dependents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on evidence, evaluation, and quality assurance to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  2. Deliver services that are safe, compliant with all relevant health and safety policies and legislation, and prioritize the well-being of our clients.
  3. Ensure accurate and comprehensive recording of service and client information, adhering to policy, legislation, and best practice.
  4. Lead on data due diligence and internal and external reporting, providing expert knowledge and insights to inform decision-making.
  5. Participate in the recruitment, induction, supervision, annual appraisal, and performance management of the staff team, promoting a culture of excellence and growth.
  6. Provide expert knowledge of domestic abuse and VAWG, understanding the needs of women, children, and men fleeing DA, and develop strategies to support them.
Requirements:
  1. Experience of working with diverse client groups, supporting individuals with varying needs, aspirations, and risks.
  2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality Accommodation-based/Outreach support services, adapting to the unique needs of each client.
  3. Good knowledge of welfare benefits, housing options, and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance and advocacy for our clients.
  4. Understanding of mental health, substance misuse, and other relevant issues affecting our client group, enabling informed support and guidance.
  5. Ability to travel throughout Sutton and other Boroughs, ensuring effective service delivery and collaboration with stakeholders.
  6. Previous experience of using computer-based systems to record work and service user details accurately and efficiently.
