Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Leadership Team at Ecruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
  • Plan and execute events and hospitality initiatives to engage with customers and partners
  • Create and distribute marketing collateral and content to support sales efforts
  • Design and implement sales incentives to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance to inform future strategy
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior executive position
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT distribution channel focused on IT VARs and MSPs
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including ecommerce, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
  • Excellent vendor/supplier relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing events and hospitality initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • High commercial acumen, with a focus on ensuring campaigns are financially viable and deliver a strong ROI
  • Ability to take the initiative and work independently on projects and tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
