Job Description

As a Community Planner at Semco Maritime, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and develop project execution schedules for various disciplines, taking into account resource management, method, and planning management philosophy and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to establish reporting structures for progress and resource needs.
  • Contribute to the improvement of planning functions, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing measures to achieve them.
  • Ensure that activities within the planning function are carried out in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of project scope and handle a range of different disciplines or fields within planning.
Requirements:
  • Experience in installation and/or commissioning planning.
  • Ability to acquire detailed knowledge of project scope and handle a range of different disciplines or fields within planning.
  • Committed to maintaining a keen eye on HSSE in projects.
  • Experience with industry planning software, such as Safran Project and Primavera P6.
  • Experience with method and execution systems, such as MIPS - Method Integrated Project System.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 package and common IT tools.
