This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher to take on a leadership role and contribute to the advancement of medical research. As a Senior Research Leader Fellowship, you will be responsible for leading your own independent research group and developing into an internationally recognised leader in your field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your own independent research group and develop into an internationally recognised leader in your field.
- Conduct original and productive independent research and secure research funding.
- Develop and implement research plans and strategies to achieve research goals.
- Collaborate with other researchers and stakeholders to advance medical research.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience leading research funded by a major funder.
- Strong track record of original and productive independent research and success in securing research funding.
- Support of an eligible UK-based research organisation.
