Housing Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Housing Solutions Officer to join our Private Rented Solutions Team at Sheffield City Council. This role is crucial in assisting individuals in securing quality private sector housing, establishing long-term tenancies, and preventing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:- Work towards preventing homelessness and hospital admissions by offering a range of support options.
- Guide clients through the Council's Lettings Policy and assist with the bidding process.
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand and work with individuals facing homelessness.
- Ability to pass a DBS check.
