About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Linlithgow. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to participate in their chosen activities and promote independence and active citizenship.
  • Provide personal care, support with household chores, and assist with accessing and engaging in the local community.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Support individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.
  • Work in a one-to-one setting or in group care, providing positive feedback and encouragement.

Requirements
