Are you the right person for the job?
- Paraplanning experience
- Experience working within Financial Services
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Active listener
- Strong work ethic
- Previous Training experience would be an advantage
What will your role look like?
- Designing and delivering internal training to new employees
- Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials
- Ensure training materials are produced and maintained in a professional and timely manner
- Assessing staff and department performance to identify skill gaps
- Conducting feedback surveys and researching new teaching methods
- Diary management and general admin tasks
What can you expect in return?
