Technical Support Engineer

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at The Access Group. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via ticket portal, telephone, or email to resolve complex queries.
  • Develop scripts to provide new service offerings and assist with internal business process improvement.
  • Produce detailed reporting and analysis for business intelligence and bespoke projects.
  • Ensure the quality of support meets The Access Customer Service standards.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop a broad knowledge of our software and its debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs and investigating API data.
  • Flexibility and pragmatism, with the ability to self-plan and respond to shifting priorities.
