Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a team of high-performing Store Managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to drive business results.
  • Business Growth: Inspire customers through various channels to build sales, champion service excellence, and motivate teams to exceed targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain excellent standards in all areas of operational activity, including cost management and awareness of local competition.
  • Performance Improvement: Review underperforming stores, develop strategies to address performance gaps, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business principles, industry knowledge, and ability to adapt quickly to changing workloads.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, with experience in using technology to drive business results.
  • Visual Merchandising: Strong visual merchandising skills, with the ability to drive standards and improve execution.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK driving licence.
