- Operational Excellence: Maintain excellent standards in all areas of operational activity, including cost management and awareness of local competition.
- Performance Improvement: Review underperforming stores, develop strategies to address performance gaps, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business principles, industry knowledge, and ability to adapt quickly to changing workloads.
- Leadership and Management: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
