Essential Qualifications

  • GCSE/O Level C or above
  • Vocational Level 2 (willing to complete within an agreed timeframe)
  • NVQ in Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent
  • NVQ in Customer Service Level 2 or Level 1
  • Functional Skills
  • ECDL Certificate

  • Background in general clerical and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in database management and computer literacy
