About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's Ilford Fitness and Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the club, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our colleagues to deliver high-quality experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service, quality standards, and sales targets.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to prospective new members, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of our club.
  • Ensure the club's health and safety standards are met, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and club growth.
