We are seeking a skilled Multi Trades Groundsworker to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and improvement of our customers' homes in Herefordshire.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform a range of multi-trade tasks, including laying slabbing and brickwork, installing and repairing fencing, and maintaining drainage systems.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance and repair strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in social housing maintenance and a strong understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs.
  • Multi-trade skills, including maintenance refurbishment experience and good all-round external groundswork and building skills.
  • Excellent team skills, with the ability to work independently at times.
  • A full UK driving licence and a Basic DBS check.
